বিশ্ব শিক্ষক দিবসে সব শিক্ষক স্মরণে

২০২৩ সালের ৫ অক্টোবর, বিশ্ব শিক্ষক দিবস। এই দিবসটি জাতিসংঘের শিক্ষা, বিজ্ঞান ও সংস্কৃতি সংস্থা (ইউনেস্কো) কর্তৃক ১৯৯৪ সাল থেকে প্রতি বছর অক্টোবরের ৫ তারিখে পালন করা হয়। এই দিবসটি শিক্ষকদের অবদান স্মরণ করা এবং তাঁদেরকে সম্মান জানানোর জন্য পালন করা হয়।

শিক্ষকদের বলা হয় জাতি গঠনের কারিগর। একজন মানুষের জীবনে মা-বাবার পরেই জীবন গঠনে সবচেয়ে বড় ভূমিকা পালন করে তার শিক্ষক। শিক্ষকরা আমাদেরকে জ্ঞান ও দক্ষতা অর্জনে সহায়তা করে, আমাদেরকে একজন ভালো মানুষ হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে সাহায্য করে।

বিশ্ব শিক্ষক দিবস উপলক্ষে বাংলাদেশসহ বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন দেশে বিভিন্ন অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করা হয়। শিক্ষকদেরকে সম্মাননা প্রদান করা হয়, শিক্ষকদের কাজের উপর আলোচনাসভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।

২০২৩ সালের বিশ্ব শিক্ষক দিবসের প্রতিপাদ্য হলো “আমরা যে শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করতে চাই তার জন্য প্রয়োজন উপযুক্ত শিক্ষক: শিক্ষকের স্বল্পতা কাটানো বৈশ্বিক দাবি”। এই প্রতিপাদ্যটি শিক্ষকের স্বল্পতা মোকাবেলায় বিশ্বব্যাপী উদ্যোগ গ্রহণের গুরুত্বের উপর জোর দেয়।

আজকের এই দিনে, আমি সকল শিক্ষককে তাদের নিষ্ঠা ও শ্রমের জন্য আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ জানাই। শিক্ষকদের প্রতি আমাদের সবার শ্রদ্ধা ও ভালোবাসা থাকা উচিত।
